Stress Management/ Resiliency Training
They are our “go to” techniques for stress management and control of adrenal dysfunction, as they give the patient a tool that they can use for the rest of their life!
This is combined with application of a light touch method for identifying the parts of the body where the Matrix Energetics “wave” will yield optimum results. What seems to be happening is that the unconsciousness and the biological physical fields are interacting. This technique can be used along with many other forms of healing, such as massage, acupuncture and other forms of energy work.
With the support of the Synergist, we begin to see that our physical and emotional experiences are connected. RSM can help you develop awareness of feelings and beliefs held in your body which result in energy blocks, tensions, physical and/or emotional pain and imbalances. These holdings often control how you feel and behave in the present and affect the choices you make. RSM allows you to access those held feelings and beliefs. This often frees the body from pain, the mind from suffering and gives you the opportunity to live from conscious choice rather than from unconscious patterns.
Shin Tai helps to create balance throughout the body emotionally to recover your life force. When life force is recovered, the physical body functions better, the emotions respond more appropriately and the mind is freed from past experiences. Additionally, Shin Tai accesses the central nervous system creating an increase in overall energy (Chi) along the meridian pathways of the body. By incorporating all of Shin Tai’s components, its’ recipients enjoy being fully engaged in the flow of life on a day-to-day basis.
Shamanic healing works at an energetic level to clear the imprints left by traumas and to create balance by restoring essential energy and repairing injuries to our Luminous Energy Field. It often creates unexpected shifts in our perspective that lead to healing in the most surprising ways. No two sessions are ever the same. Shamanic work is for those who are ready to shed their issues and begin making profound changes in their lives and their relationship with themselves and the world.
Far Infrared Sauna
Now, why did we choose far infrared vs near or midrange infrared? These terms describe the wavelength of light emission, not how close you are to it! Near infrared does not penetrate the body much below the dermis, so it’s used a lot in cosmetic applications and pain control for joint and muscle pain. Midrange infrared penetrates a bit deeper, and is especially helpful in improving circulation. Far infrared heats the body substantially, reaching the cellular level. This is the only level that stimulates the body’s detoxification ability….and reportedly, a 40-minute session burns roughly 600 calories. (no, don’t use this method as your preferred weight loss effort!).
Some detractors of far infrared maintain that this wavelength is too close to that of cell phones and microwaves……although it’s true that far infrared is closer to these than near infrared, it’s not close enough to be a problem. We also sought out a company whose product emits the lowest amount of EMF’s of any other far infrared sauna on the market.
The construction of the sauna is also important. This sauna is made of Canadian Basswood, as Canadian Cedar contains natural chemicals that can be a problem for sensitive people. Also, Basswood matures in only 7 years, so harvesting the wood for construction is environmentally more sound. The sauna uses no plywood, plastic, Teflon, fiberglass, carbon fiber, colored paint, industrial glues or other toxic materials that can be found in other machines.

Massage & Lymph Drainage
In additional to offering traditional massage therapy methods, our therapist Claudia Glugsberger is also certified in Myofacial Release, Oncology Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.
While Myofascial Release will help clients with the relief of pain by relaxing shortened and tightened fascia, which is caused by insured muscle fibers and trauma, Oncology Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy will help clients with the reduction of scaring and edema, support the reconnection to the entire body, and speed up the recovery process, after having undergone mastectomy, breast and other surgeries.
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a holistic bodywork discipline which, due to it’s consideration of the effects of gravity on the human body, is a unique form of fascia therapy. It’s main aim is to improve structure, posture, and movement. Rolfers™ do this through a system of soft tissue manipulation and movement education that organizes the whole body in gravity.
Although Rolfing® is considered a deep-tissue approach, it actually works with all layers of the body to ease strain & tension patterns in the entire system. A Rolfer™ will titrate their touch according to need. Research shows that Rolfing® creates more efficient muscle use, it allows the body to be more energy efficient, with more economical and refined patterns of movement. Rolfing® has also been shown to significantly reduce chronic stress, speed up injury recovery, improve spinal curvature and neurological functioning.
